Attorney Anthony T. Visconti graduated from Boston University Law School in 1978, and has been practicing law for over 30 years in Massachusetts. He began his career as a sole practitioner in downtown Boston in January 1979.
In 1987, he joined forces with Attorney Andrew Osborne in forming the law firm of Osborne & Visconti. The formation of the partnership coincided with the move of both attorneys from Boston to the Westwood/Dedham area. The firm offered a wide variety of legal services to individuals and small-to-medium sized businesses.
In 2005, the attorneys dissolved the partnership but remain closely affiliated. In early 2006, he associated with Attorney John DeVito, a well-known and highly regarded Dedham attorney. They currently practice law under the name of DeVito & Visconti, a Professional Association.
Attorney Visconti has concentrated in areas of law providing services to remedy personal legal problems. During this period he has handled hundreds of cases in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Probate Law, Personal Bankruptcy, serving as both an advocate and an advisor.

In addition to serving as counsel to guardians and personal representatives appointed by the Probate Court, Attorney Visconti has served as a legal guardian himself. He also aids the local Probate Courts in his capacity as a guardian ad litem, doing factual and legal investigations for the Probate Courts in guardianship and estate cases.
Attorney Visconti has been affiliated with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He is currently an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Bar Association of Norfolk County, and the Boston Bar Association. In addition, he is the author of Early Stage Alzheimer’s & Dementia: The Legal Side.
In March 2000, Governor Paul Cellucci honored Attorney Visconti by appointing him as Justice of the Peace. He has been affiliated with the Massachusetts Youth Soccer KidSafe Committee, the Aleppo Temple Shriners, Westwood Sheehan School Council, the Board of Directors of Boston Area Youth Soccer League (BAYS), and Westwood Youth Soccer. He previously coached youth soccer for 15 years and was a licensed soccer referee.
