Attorney John DeVito

Attorney John DeVito has been practicing law for over 39 years. Although his primary specialty is Criminal Law, he is experienced in many other areas. As Past President of the Bar Association of Norfolk County, and as a highly-respected member of the local bar, he has achieved superior results in many of the cases he has handled. Although the attorneys maintain separate practices, he and Attorney Visconti often work together on cases where their clients' problems overlap into other areas. John has recently retired from the practice of law, and will be sorely missed. We wish him the best.

Testimonials

John Yannis, Debt Collection Attorney

"I have worked with Tony Visconti for many years now. He is a model for lawyers, in his dedication and deep concern for his clients' interests. At the same time, he does not shy away from giving them the straight scoop when the news is bad. He is a persuasive and persistent advocate for his clients, and keeps working until he gets them the best he can get for them. I recommend him without hesitation."

Joseph Bognanno, Estate Planning Attorney

"I endorse this lawyer. Extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is a dedicated and compassionate advocate for his clients. Have and will continue to recommend him."

About Us

We bring over 35 years of proven experience in helping clients with legal problems in those areas that are most challenging in life:

Family Law, which consists of Divorce, Child Custody and Visitation, Support, Paternity, Contempt, and Modification.

Probate Law, which consists of Probate of Estates, Estate Planning, Probate Litigation, and Guardianships & Conservatorships.

While we no longer accept new Bankruptcy clients, we do represent debtors who need to negotiate or litigate the amount or payment terms of debts. We are also fully capable to handle most General Practice issues associated with our cases.
